A silicon carbide sintering furnace is a batch-type resistance heating furnace. It is mainly used for pressureless silicon carbide sintering, as well as in the hard alloy and powder metallurgy industries for producing various metal powders such as tungsten carbide, chromium carbide, titanium carbide, vanadium carbide, and composite metal powders. After cold pressing and forming, these powders undergo a sintering process inside the furnace. The furnace can store up to 200 different process heating curves.

It uses an intelligent digital PID temperature controller with programmable settings. The digital display and smart control system reduce reading and manual operation errors, greatly improving work efficiency.

The furnace chamber is made of high-temperature insulation materials, ensuring long service life. The selected insulation materials guarantee that the external temperature of the furnace remains safe even during long-term continuous operation.
