- When a compressed-air fault alarm occurs, the system will enter a shutdown state. In this case, immediately check the backup air compressor room and restore compressed air supply as soon as possible.
- If the fault occurs while the furnace is under vacuum, and compressed air cannot be restored within a short period, the vacuum process should be terminated and the equipment should be stopped to prevent further issues.
