Check that all components and accessories in the control cabinet are complete and in good condition.

Ensure the control cabinet is installed on the designated foundation and properly secured.

Connect the external main circuit and control circuits according to the wiring diagram and electrical schematic, and ensure proper grounding. Verify all connections are correct.

Check that all movable electrical parts operate smoothly without jamming.

Ensure the insulation resistance is not less than 2 MΩ.

Make sure all furnace valves are in the closed position.

Turn the control power switch to the OFF position.

Rotate the manual voltage adjustment knob counterclockwise.

Set the alarm button to the ON position.

Complete the circulation of cooling water according to the layout diagram. It is recommended to connect a backup water source (tap water can be used) to the main water inlet/outlet to prevent damage to the sealing rings in case of water supply failure or power outage.
