1. Furnace Structure:
- The furnace chamber is divided into upper and lower sections.
- The upper chamber is designed to tilt backward up to 110° to facilitate easy placement, removal, and inspection of experimental samples.
- The chamber is made of high-quality polycrystalline mullite fiber with vacuum adsorption, achieving 50% energy savings.
2. Heating Elements:
- High-resistance, high-quality alloy wires are used as the heating elements for stable and efficient heating.
3. Flange Design:
- Double-seal technology is applied to improve the airtightness at both ends of the furnace tube.
4. Gas Flow System:
- Gas flow is supported at both ends by gas flow brackets to reduce stress on the tube itself, preventing potential tube damage caused by internal stress.
5. Insulation Technology:
- The high-temperature stainless steel tube furnace uses advanced insulation technology and incorporates thermal sensing technology.
- During operation, when the furnace body reaches 50 °C, the built-in exhaust fan automatically starts to rapidly lower the temperature, ensuring safe operation.
6. Safety Features:
- Automatic Power-Off: The furnace automatically cuts power when the furnace door is opened.
- Leakage Protection: If electrical leakage occurs in the furnace body, power is automatically cut off.
- Temperature Protection: If the furnace temperature exceeds the set limit, power is cut off and an alarm is activated, ensuring user safety.
