Technical Features of the Sintering Furnace
- Uses imported silicon carbide rods as heating elements, which can work at high temperatures for long periods without shedding material, rusting, and with a smooth surface.
- The control panel is equipped with an intelligent temperature controller, power switch, main heating controls, and voltage/current meters. The integrated control circuit is highly reliable and anti-interference. The furnace chamber temperature can rise by more than 30°C, greatly improving working efficiency.
- The internal chamber is made of vacuum-formed high-purity alumina fiber lightweight boards, featuring high working temperature, low heat storage, no cracking, no debris, and excellent insulation.
