High-temperature resistance furnaces use high-quality resistance wires, silicon carbide rods, or silicon–molten rods (depending on customer temperature requirements) as heating elements. Depending on the heating element, the maximum furnace temperature of a high-temperature resistance furnace can reach 1200 °C, 1400 °C, or 1700 °C, with thermocouple types K, S, and B, respectively.
- The furnace can be programmed with up to 30-stage heating curves, with a temperature control accuracy of ±1 °C.
- The heating speed can reach the high operating temperature in 30–60 minutes, with a maximum heating rate of 40 °C/min (recommended 20 °C/min).
- The furnace operates automatically and provides excellent temperature tracking performance.
High-temperature resistance furnaces are widely used in the research of metal materials, ceramics, and glass.
