The key to high-temperature sintering is heating the material to its melting or decomposition temperature. Therefore, the furnace must operate within a stable temperature range. To achieve this, most high-temperature sintering furnaces use closed-loop water cooling, ensuring that the working chamber stays at a consistent temperature.

Additionally, many high-temperature sintering processes require a vacuum environment, which prevents gas interference and keeps the chamber clean and dust-free. For this reason, these furnaces are typically equipped with a high-efficiency vacuum pump to remove air from the chamber and create a vacuum.

Depending on process requirements, the sintering temperature generally ranges from 1600°C to 2400°C.
