A diamond saw blade hot-press sintering furnace is a specialized production device consisting of a sintering furnace and a vacuum extraction system. The sintering furnace includes a furnace body and a heating chamber installed inside it. Six power electrodes are mounted on the furnace. A hydraulic press upper beam and lower beam are installed above and below the furnace body, respectively, and are connected as one unit through four support pillars.
This hot-press sintering furnace is suitable for producing Φ105–Φ500 mm diamond circular saw blades, diamond grinding wheels, and other fully sintered products.
